Production Update

The Westcoast try-outs were well received, but the company is on hold once again and left to ponder, "Now, what?"

The producer would like to remind the cast and crew that although the production is currently at a stand-still due to a lack of committment from investment backers, it is expected to be remounted on the Westcoast with a new leading man, new costumes and sets and new contracts. Exact dates will be disclosed as more information becomes available.

Just like the albino peacock that appeared in our e-mail inbox one afternoon (Thanks, Riley!), Eddie Izzard is an original. You see, at first glance, the albino peacock seems all wrong. Peacocks aren’t supposed to look like giant snowflakes. And, that’s exactly what makes him so beautiful – his uniqueness. Eddie Izzard, at first glance, looks all wrong, too. He’s a man in a dress, for god’s sake! But, with or without the dress, Eddie Izzard is one of the most talented and intelligent stand-up comics of our generation.
